Materials required-

Room temperature water

Plastic glass

Toothpick or a needle

Nail polish remover

Q-tip or cotton bud

2 or more nail polishes which have not thickened

Base coat and top coat

White nail polish

Start off with the base coat to protect your natural nails. Then paint your nails white. Then line up your finger with some tape as close to your nail as possible. Then fill in the glass with room temperature water. Then drop a drop of your first nail polish and it will spread out well. Repeat the same with the next polish and keep up with the vice-versa until you have many circles. Now take your toothpick and draw a swirly pattern on the water. Then place your finger in the water and gently blow on the surface. Then remove the excess polish in the water with your toothpick. Now remove your hand from the water and there would be an amazing design on your nails. Take out the tape and clean up. Around your nail with either a cotton bud or a Q-tip sipped into polish remover. Finish off with the top coat to seal in your design and add a beautiful shine.
